AMP-V is a combination of “essential fatty acids” and omega oils such as omega 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 all of which are vegan friendly! It also packs a pleasant, “fresh” hit of peppermint. AMP-V is a pre-workout with a difference. AMP-V is an oil-based, liquid pre-workout.

AMP-V is formulated to be used as part of a dietary and exercise program for a healthy body composition; such as a low carbohydrate (low carb) diet, “keto / ketogenic” diet, intermittent fasting program, low-calorie or very-low-calorie diets or a higher fat-adapted performance diet strategy. It can be used pre-workout before fasted or non-fasted cardio, between meals and/or added to foods. Try it in your coffee! Our team loves to start their day with an Amp-V and black coffee combo.

AMP-V is a revolutionary patent-pending formula which is formulated to be used as part of a diet and exercise program designed for supporting or maintaining healthy body composition. Or as a pre-workout supplement to support sports performance goals.

AMP-V achieves this by the unique array of nutrients in the formula. These include a source of Omega 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9 oils; conjugated linolenic acid (CLnA), conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT), limonene, grapefruit, and peppermint oils.

Pomegranate seed oil is a rich source of an omega 5 called punicic acid a conjugated linolenic acid (CLnA) that may help to support a healthy metabolism before being converted into Conjugated linoleic acid (cis-9, trans-11 CLA) content in livers[3]. CLA is naturally found in Safflower oil.

Peppermint oil may help with exercise performance[4]. A human study using Peppermint oil pre-workout has demonstrated performance-enhancing effects with a significant increase in the grip force (36.1%), standing vertical jump (7.0%), and standing long jump (6.4%).[5]

Peppermint oil also tastes great and “cuts” through the fats and oils so there is no greasiness or residual oiliness; leaving your mouth feeling fresh and clean. Handy trait when doing any fat loss strategy. If you have ever experienced “keto breath” between meals when doing low carb or high-fat diet strategies, having a peppermint-based supplement to use between meals can be good socially.

Try adding a dose of AMP-V to your coffee if you want the caffeine hit or if you just want to make your coffee taste great and have some extra oily benefits.

The limonene content of grapefruit essential oil helps to preserve, protects and maintain the integrity of the other omega oils in the product. Grapefruit oil may also have some other potential benefits for maintaining a healthy body composition based on in vitro and animal studies. But more human studies are needed to investigate further.[6][7]

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) provide an alternative faster energy substrate to exercising muscle than longer-chain fatty acids. Replacement of Long-chain triglycerides with MCTs in the diet could potentially help with reductions in body weight and composition without adversely affecting lipid profiles.[8]

AMP-V is 100% Active ingredients, no fillers, no sweeteners, no artificial flavors, no wasted space. Every drop is active.
